The technology sector is strong and robust, offering more job and life opportunities than most could dream of. But, more than that, the sector is innovative and is fortunate to have the resources to invest in people, communities, social projects, and the environment.
We want to work with partners who share the Tech for Good vision and start making a real, measurable difference together:

Tech for All & Sustainability Initiative
We build bridges, not walls.
That’s one of our values, and we live it by working with Computer Aid and by providing training to young talent and kids as part of our Leaders of Tomorrow programme. We support Computer Aid, both financially and through the donation of devices. Recycling old devices is a far more sustainable and cost effective way of getting technology to people who otherwise could be left behind.
In a technology-driven society, we need to bridge the digital divide. Particularly for the tech rock stars of tomorrow.

Whilst we’re continually striving to get better, there is a lot to do. Only 19% of the UK Tech workforce are women and 4% are of ethnic minorities.
This needs to change!
At DTX, we believe in the power of a diverse workforce and in equal opportunity for all. And, we’re committed to making sure that diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. From the businesses, organisations and charities that we support, through to our speaker lineups.
